Confianza

I'm paraphrasing, but I heard this from someone whose wisdom and intelligence I respect:

"You will trust again, you just now are wiser for your experience - I think this more will help you rather than hurt you in the future. It's the painful experiences that make us stronger."

I'm trying to believe her, but I don't know if I can.
